THE TETHERED HEART
The Tethered Heart Space is an exhibition of upcycling, and a space for community. The space is made of a retired hot air balloon that no longer flies where Crystal hosts synchronized sound baths and guided meditations. The balloon space is tended to by pilot Brian Lynch and provided by Reach for the Stars, a non profit organization providing accessible balloon rides to those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
KIDS MINDFULNESS
”STARSEED SOUND BATH”
A sound bath catered to the next wave of earth healers. We will do a variety of mindfulness activities ending with an introduction and play of a select instrument.

In this interactive activity, we will start very high energy to get the wiggles out then lower the vibration into the chill zone. I will guide the class along a journey with imagination while simultaneously playing and performing calming music. We will end in a sharing circle where each kid will get a chance to discover and play a select few instruments. This will teach patients, observation, reward, cooperation, and confidence.

To secure your desired date, a deposit of half the total amount of the Service Offering requested is required. The balance is to be paid in full on the day of the event. A travel fee of $20 per 10 miles traveled outside of the starting point/Los Angeles will be incurred. Final costs will be determined after further review of your chosen location. If permits and/or paid parking is required, the host will be responsible to pay and provide the necessary. All set up times require a minimum of a one hour load in before start time/guest arrivals. This ensures that instruments are properly placed and that the energy of the space is calm. Breakdown and load out requires a minimum of 30 minutes.
